Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious with great views of the lake, offering a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lake. However, the room was a bit dark for my liking. The service was friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The location was perfect, right on the lake shore outside of Bariloche, offering breathtaking views of Nahuel Huapi Lake. The dining experience was good, although it could have more variety. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of gorgeous views and some small discomforts. The rooms had a lovely view of the lake, even though they were next to the road, which surprisingly didn't disturb our peace when the window was closed. However, the overpowering deodorizer was a bit much to handle. The tired-looking carpet couldn't hide the fact that the room was quite spacious and comfortable with a stunning lake view.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not very clean and a bit old, offered a lovely view of the lake. The service was professional but a bit sparse, especially around the dining areas. The location right on the lake shore was beautiful, with amazing views and sculptures in the garden. The dining options were varied but overpriced for what you get.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the strong deodorizer was overwhelming at times. On the bright side, both the restaurant and bar offered beautiful lake views and showcased original artwork by a talented artist. The service was generally great, with helpful and friendly staff, although some areas could be more efficient. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the garden and the lake, while being conveniently close to Cerro Catedral and interesting surroundings. The dining experience, with a variety of food options, was good, although the coffee was a letdown. The facilities were impressive, enhancing my overall experience. However, the price could be a concern for some travelers.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were very nice with a lovely view of the lake, and though the carpet seemed a bit tired, it was incredibly comfortable and spacious with a stunning lake view. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is spectacular, right on the lakeshore outside of Bariloche, offering amazing views of the garden and the lake. The dining experience, while standard, left a bit to be desired as it felt overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
